Right this very moment, where are you?



In honor of mental health awareness month, I encourage you to “Be where your feet are.” Take a moment and be mindful of where you are and why. What you’re doing might be mundane, rushed, or something exciting you have waited for. Life is made up of all these moments. So, let’s take notice.


Take one deep breath. Let it out slowly. Next, take a snap of your feet right where they are. I invite you to share what this place and moment mean to you.
